What we collect

We collect only the information you type into the contact form on this site, which means you decide what we receive. You can read every page without telling us who you are.

Messages sent through the form are delivered to our inbox by a form-delivery service, which handles them only to deliver them to us.

How we use it

We use what you send us to respond to you and to evaluate the opportunity you've described. We don't sell it or use it for marketing.

We may share details of an opportunity with our capital partner, NGP, and our advisors to evaluate it.

Analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and doesn't track you across other sites. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties. If we measure traffic, we use aggregate counts that don't identify visitors. The map on the Contact page is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when the map loads.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us only as long as we need it to respond to you and to evaluate the opportunity.

To ask us to delete your information, email us at info@wellspring-energy.com.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the revised policy on this page and change the effective date at the top.
