Kenny co-founded Driftwood Energy and served as its Co-CEO. Driftwood was a Carnelian-backed operator that built and sold an operated Midland Basin position. Before Driftwood, he co-founded Accelerate Resources, a Pine Brook-backed company that invested in non-operated Permian assets. Earlier, he was an executive at RSP Permian, an investment professional at NGP, and an energy investment banker.

As EVP, Land & Business Development at Driftwood Energy, Dale managed the acquisition program and thousands of leases through the company's sale. Before that, he was Senior Vice President of McDonald Land Services, leading more than $4 billion of due diligence projects. At Gulfport Energy, as Land Supervisor, he managed the land portfolio and a multi-rig drilling program and was project lead on $1 billion of acquisitions. He began his career at Chesapeake.

Ryan co-founded 89 Energy I, II, and III and Land Run Minerals, backed by NGP and Kayne Anderson. There he led evaluation for operated and minerals positions in the Mid-Con and minerals in the Permian, and oversaw the design and execution of several horizontal development programs. Earlier, he co-founded American Energy Non-Op and took over management of American Energy Minerals, leading evaluation across every major US onshore basin. Before that, he held engineering roles at Devon Energy in production, completions, drilling, reservoir, and midstream.
